(under subclass 317.1) An aerial projectile game wherein the game mimicked is a game commonly known as basketball, wherein a participant attempts to aerially project a projectile into the top of an open container or tube (e.g., basket, cylindrical net, etc.) suspended above a surface (e.g., court, etc.).
