DEFINITION

Classification: 99/571

(under subclass 568) Device including means to utilize kinetic energy by: (A) rapidly propelling an element into contact with a relatively stationary article of food, either the element or the food having no substantial support; or,

(B) rapidly propelling the food against a stationary or movable solid element; or, (C) both (A) and (B).

(1) Note. The propelling means may be gravity.
