(under subclass 397) Processes involving the agitation, vibrating, or violent mixing of a sealed container of food.

(1) Note. The mere conveying of a sealed container of food

from one location to another is not sufficient for this subclass. There must be a positive disclosure of agitation, vibrating, or violent mixing of the contents within the sealed container.
