(under subclass 164) Subject matter wherein a single central or master station, having both an optical transmitter and receiver, transmits to all of the stations in the system and also receives responses from all of the stations of the system.
(1) Note. The central or master station can broadcast via optical signals or use fiber optic cables to link the transmitted and received optical signals.
(2) Note. The central or master station can be used in an asynchronous system of stations.
