(under subclass 89.1) Apparatus wherein the body or the vehicle comprises a compartment or portion for occupation by the vehicle operator, the compartment or portion being shiftable to at least one other position or attitude on the vehicle.
(1) Note. For classification here the cab or operator's station in its entirety is movable to an adjusted or alternate position. Where a portion only of an otherwise fixed cab or operator's station is moved to an adjusted or alternate position, classification is in subclass 89.18 of this class.
