Steerable wheel has exclusive axis of pivot (i.e., stub-axle type):

(under subclass 252) Vehicle wherein any steerable wheel thereof has an axis of pivot which is separate and distinct from that of any other such wheel.

(1) Note. "Stub-axle" is the art term ordinarily associated with a pivotable wheel mounting of the kind described.
