DEFINITION

Handle movement controls vehicle drive:

(under subclass 19.1) Motor vehicles having a handle engaged by the attendant for guiding the vehicle with movement of the handle relative to the vehicle by the attendant being effective to control the drive means to the vehicle wheels.

(1) Note. Sectional handles in which one handle portion is movable to control the drive are included in this subclass
