Organic nitrogen compound salt of a sulfonic acid, or an organic nitrogen compound is present:

(under subclass 390) Compositions which (1) contain, in addition to the sulfonate group containing compound, an organic nitrogen compound or (2) which contain an organic nitrogen compound salt of a sulfonic acid.

(1) Note. An organic nitrogen compound is one wherein nitrogen is attached directly or indirectly by nonionic bonding to carbon of an organic compound.
