DEFINITION

Classification: 508/326

The organic compound is an organic-C(=O)O- compound (e.g., sulfurized and phosphosulfurized sperm oil, fats, etc.):

(under subclass 325) Compositions wherein the organic compound sulfurized and reacted with phosphorus or an inorganic phosphorus compound is an organic -C(=O)O- compound.

(1) Note. An organic -C(=O)O- compound is one in which the carbon of the -C(=O)O- group is, or is attached directly or indirectly by nonionic bonding to, the carbon of an organic compound.

(2) Note. See Notes to the Class Definition for the definition of an organic compound.
