Having carrier rotating about an axis having varying angular orientation:
(under subclass 1) Subject matter wherein the circuitous path apparatus includes person or object bearing structure turning completely around an axial region which has a changing angular position with respect to vertical during use.
(1) Note. An axis which varies its angular position with respect to vertical only during a transition to or from a loading or unloading position, but remains at a constant orientation thereafter is excluded from this subclass.
