DEFINITION

Classification: 472/45

Having suspended occupant or article carriage (e.g., ferris wheel, etc.):

(under subclass 44) Subject matter wherein the person or object bearing structure includes a person or object supporting conveyance hanging therefrom.

(1) Note. The suspended occupant or article carriage may be hung from a flaccid cable, rope, etc., or a rigid rod, bar, etc., in a swinging manner thus maintaining the person in a generally upright position due to the effects of gravity thereon.
