(under subclass 14) Subject matter wherein the circuitous movement causing person is borne along on structure turning completely around an axial region which is perpendicular to vertical, i.e., horizontal.
(1) Note. An angular transition to or from a loading or unloading position is permitted provided the carrier rotates about a horizontal axis thereafter.
