(under subclass 345) Device including either (1) means for selectively preventing rotation of the eye about an axis, (2) means specifically provided for supplying resistance to

rotation of the eye about an axis, or (3) an elastically deformable member located such that when deformed it applies a force against a pin or shaft on or with which the eye rotates.

(1) Note. An axle retaining clip which applies opposing forces on either side of the axle is not included in this subclass.
