(under subclass 268) Device including a motor or a hand-actuated motion transmitting means to move the simulation or a part of the simulation with respect to another part.

(1) Note. A spring or elastomeric member is considered to be a "motor" for purposes of this definition.

(2) Note. The motion transmitting means may operatively connect one body portion to another body portion, whereby movement of one of the body portions causes movement of the other body portion.
