(under subclass 82) Structure including means which is on, or parallel to the support surface of the load bearer on the freight carrier, which means mounts the retainer for displacement between (a) an operative position for entry into a load bearer fitting, and (b) a nonuse position locating the retainer flange below the level of that support surface.
