DEFINITION

(under subclass 113) Implement wherein the keeper comprises a resilient element biased to engage the abutment, or is acted on by a resilient element (in addition to the retraction spring) urging it into engagement with the abutment and maintaining it thereagainst, and wherein said release element overcomes the biasing force of the resilient element so as to permit the tool to return to the inoperative position.
