(under the class definition) Implement including an enclosure surrounding the tool* and means to cause or permit substantially rectilinear relative movement between the tool and the enclosure, without complete separation, to the extent that the tool may occupy an exposed operative position, protruding from the enclosure, or an inoperative position wherein it is retained in concealed position within said enclosure.
