(under subclass 1) Subject matter wherein significance is attributed to the typing operation known as "justification" as that term is discussed and defined in (1) Note to subclass 1 above, and wherein the justification is accomplished by typing print-line* of character* symbols on a material that is capable of being elongated.
(1) Note. In this subclass justification is accomplished by typing a print-line on a stretchable ribbon* to an extent less than that of the desired print-line, and subsequently adhering either the ribbon or the characters* that have been imprinted on the ribbon to the record-medium*.
