(under subclass 426) Subject matter wherein the narrow band signal is a conventional TV signal such as NTSC, PAL, or SECAM, and the broadband display is reconstructed using the conventional signal and at least one other signal is transmitted with the conventional signal.

(1) Note. The conventional signal is usable by itself to produce a narrow band display. Chrominance information is not considered additional video information.
