DEFINITION

Classification: 337/88

(under subclass 85) Subject matter including means whereby the opening or closing, of the switch contacts takes place at an appreciable interval of time after an actuating force (overcurrent) is applied to the bimetallic contact actuating means or the timing of the contact open or contact closed interval is effected by varying the energizing current applied to the devices.
