Slip rings connected to secondary winding:

(under subclass 731) Subject matter wherein the secondary member is energized continuously through at least two sliding contacts at least one of which is stationary with respect to the secondary winding.

(1) Note. Slip rings are a rotary electrical interconnection device to join two conductive members and consists usually of a resilient electrical member in contact with a circular electrically conductive member.
