.~ Plural, diverse or diversely controlled, armature or primary windings {4}
499
.~.~ Wound or energized in magnetic opposition
DEFINITION
Classification: 318/499
(under subclass 495) Subject matter in which means are provided for energizing one or more windings or turns so as to produce a magnetic flux in one direction and for energizing one or more other windings or turns so as to produce a flux (in the magnetic circuit of the first named windings or turns) in a direction opposite to the first named direction.
(1) Note. The windings or turns may be energized or controlled concurrently or at different times.
