DEFINITION

Classification: 310/46

(under subclass 40) Subject matter in which one of the relatively movable elements of the dynamoelectric device consist merely of magnetizable material and is free of inductor or conductive windings.

(1) Note. Since the dynamoelectric effect is necessary one of the attraction of the magnetizable material by magnetic pole induced therein, the devices of this subclass are generally motors.
