(under subclass 328) Subject matter wherein the coupling means includes a massive body which is mechanically connected to a part of the peripheral surface of the piezoelectric element and which is movable relative to another part of the peripheral surface of the element in at least one direction so that when an accelerating force is applied to the combination in the one direction, the resulting acceleration of the massive body causes the part of the peripheral surface to which it is connected to move relative to the other part of the peripheral surface to thus stress the element between the two parts of its peripheral surface.
