(under subclass 292) Contest elements in which at least some of the elements are grouped into two or more sets by their playing indicia and have an equal number of elements in each set, every set having suit designation indicia, other than numerical, common to all the elements of that set and distinct value designation indicia for each element of the set, all of the element value designations indicia of one set being repeated in all other sets.
