Solid-walled microcapsule formed by in situ polymerization:

(under subclass 4.1) Subject matter wherein the solid-walled microcapsule is obtained by the polymerization of one or more reactants contained in the colloidal emulsion or dispersion system.

(1) Note. A patent which claims an in situ-generated polymer which subsequently reacts with a material, e.g., a crosslinking agent contained in the liquid core, is not classified here but in subclass 4.3.
