(under subclass 129.1) Apparatus wherein the aircraft comprises incendiary deterrent means for at least minimizing the probability of an incendiary action occurring either I, in the normal use of the aircraft, or II, at the time of a crash or other sensed condition whereby to inhibit an incendiary action on or about the aircraft.
