(under subclass 365.6) Subject matter in which the speed at which material is wound onto the support is maintained or varied by controls responsive to winding conditions without operator intervention.
(1) Note. Variation in speed during starting or stopping of the winding operation is disregarded even if the starting or stopping is automatically initiated.
