Classification: 209/458

(under subclass 422) Stationary chutes or tables on which material with mingled liquid, accompanying or added, is so

treated that the heaviest constituents of the material may settle as a stratum, while the lighter may form overlying strata or be carried off by the liquid.

(1) Note. This subclass includes noncircular chutes or tables on which there is no substantial travel of the heaviest constituents along the surface of the chutes or tables.
