(under subclass 78.1) Bifurcated union type undergarment wherein the undergarment has an opening or slit in either the rear portion of the garment between the waist and leg portion or at the region of the garment where the two leg portions of the garment intersect.

(1) Note. Generally the slit or opening is so arranged as to be closable, for example, by providing overlapping parts or a fabric panel.
