(under subclass 182.1) Head coverings in which the spacing means, positioned between the head-contacting means and the crown, provides either (1) a strap-like or rod-like element, one end of the element being engaged with or fixed to the head-contacting means and the other end of the element being engaged with or fixed to another portion of the head covering, or (2) an imperforate block having one face engaged with or fixed to the head-contacting means and another face engaged with or fixed to another portion of the head covering.
