(under subclass 35) Apparatus in which an earth working element which is supported on a frame is moved towards and away from the earth by a lifting member which is rotatably or pivotally supported on an axis on said frame and has circumferential portions which extend radially to varying distances from said axis in such fashion that said lifting member engages the earth and periodically lifts the frame and the earth working element.
(1) Note. The frame may be a vehicle chassis, all or part of which is lifted to move the earth working element.
(2) Note. The lifting member may roll on the earth or may be driven with respect to the frame.
