DEFINITION

(under subclass 35) Apparatus in which a driven implement is connected to a vehicle for vertical movement with respect thereto and is provided with a ground-contacting supporting member which member moves over the earth's surface and imparts to said implement a vertical movement corresponding to the contour of the earth's surface to thereby maintain the earth working element of the driven implement at a predetermined working depth.
