(under subclass 749) Apparatus in which one of the parts has attached thereto a relatively movable fastener, clamp, or wedge member which is activated after the parts are juxtaposed to secure or tighten the parts.
(1) Note. The fastener, clamp, or wedge may be capable of removal from the implement part, but if removal is not necessary to accomplish the connection or disconnection, classification is under this definition.
