(under subclass 35) Apparatus in which a means is provided to interrupt a power drive to a driven earth working element simultaneously with a bodily movement of the element to a different vertical position with respect to the ground.
(1) Note. The usual purpose of these devices is to stop or arrest the cyclic motion of the earth working element when it is lifted to an inoperative position out of contact with the earth.
