DEFINITION

Classification: 172/554

(under subclass 540) Apparatus which comprises a relatively large diameter drum or roller-like member having axially spaced along the periphery thereof a plurality of teeth, blades, cutters, or the like.

(1) Note. The peripheral surface of the drum should be in ground contact as distinguished from a small diameter supporting shaft for teeth, blades, cutters or the like, which shaft would not be in ground contact.
