(under subclass 518) Apparatus in which the rim portion of the device bearing on the ground is made of rubber, fabric, or like yieldable, flexible material.

(1) Note. Devices under this definition must have a configuration, when in contact with the ground which is like that set out in the various subclasses under subclass 518. A mere compacting roller is classifiable in Class 404, Road Structure, Process, or Apparatus, subclasses 122+.
