(under subclass 452) Apparatus in which (1) a resilient means is provided which is operatively connected to the actuator so that movement of the actuator in one direction stores energy in the resilient means which is released and aids in moving the actuating means in the opposite direction; or (2) in which the earth working element may be latched in working position and the actuator is a resilient means in which energy is stored in the latched position and is released to
