(under subclass 452) Apparatus in which the earth working element is raised by moving it about a transverse axis which is free to move vertically or longitudinally when the earth working element is in earth-engaging position or in which the earth working element is carried by a beam which is raised until some point thereon engages a point on the supporting frame at which time said points form a pivot axis about which the beam swings.
(1) Note. An earth working element which is connected to the supporting frame by a mere chain, cable, or the like is not included in this subclass.
