(under subclass 452) Apparatus in which the earth working element is mounted upon a member mounted to swing about a fixed transverse axis, the actuator and the earth working element both being connected to the member at points spaced from the pivot axis and on opposite sides thereof, the actuator being effective to raise the earth working element to transport position by movement about said axis.
(1) Note. Devices in which a beam or longitudinal member is pivoted to swing about a transverse axis with an actuator and earth working element connected to the member on opposite sides of the pivot axis wherein the actuator comprises a handle rigidly connected to the beam or member are not included in this definition and are classified in subclass 482.
