DEFINITION

(under subclass 452) Apparatus wherein the earth working element is independently adjustable about an axis which extends laterally of the direction of travel, the elevation of the axis also being selectively adjustable.

(2) Note. The implement may be raised to transport position by either rocking about the transverse axis or by vertical adjustment of the axis or both.
