DEFINITION

(under subclass 407) Apparatus in which there is an axle connected to a crank arm pivotally connected to the framework, a ground wheel is rotatably mounted on the axle and there is a means intermittently connectible to the ground wheel as it continuously rotates so that turning movement of the wheel causes swinging of the crank arm about its pivotal connection to the framework to move the wheel vertically with respect to the framework.
