(under the class definition) Apparatus comprising a framework having a ground support (e.g., wheels or wheel substitutes) a draft means for connecting it to a propulsion means and an actuator on the framework or draft means for moving the draft means vertically relative to the framework or laterally of the line of draft.

(2) Note. The draft means may be a tongue, and a movement of the tongue is considered a movement of the draft means.
