DEFINITION

Classification: 172/319

(under subclass 318) Apparatus in which there is a means for moving the hitch connection of the implement with the vehicle, the hitch moving means being interconnected in operation with the wheel moving means.

(1) Note. The interconnecting means must be something additional in the structure such as a linkage. Apparatus in which the hitch moves merely because relative movement of the wheel moves the implement beam or frame is not included. Such apparatus is found in subclass 318.
