(under subclass 297) Apparatus provided with an actuator for lifting the earth working element out of ground contact to transport position including a pair of approximately parallel struts pivoted to the earth working element and the wheeled frame so as to give the earth working element an approximately translatory motion as it is moved between transport and working positions.
