DEFINITION

(under subclass 204) Apparatus in which the apparatus has a draft beam or tongue which may be adjusted laterally with respect to the earth working means and in which adjustment of the earth working means for alternate operation is accompanied by lateral adjustment of the draft member.

(1) Note. Lateral adjustment of the draft member or adjustment of the earth working means for alternate operation may be accompanied merely by the operation of a latch to permit earth working means adjustment or draft member lateral adjustment, respectively.
