(under subclass 170) Devices comprising a cleaning element which can reciprocate longitudinally of the well relative to a centrally positioned member extending down into the well from the top of the well.
(1) Note. Usually the cleaning element is mounted loosely on a rod so that as the rod is reciprocated in the well the position of the cleaning element varies with respect to the rod.
