DEFINITION

Classification: 124/28

(under subclass 27) Devices, in which an actual firearm or piece of ordnance is converted into a spring projector by the use of some temporary converting structure. Includes the converting structure, per se. In many cases the projecting structure acts only to expel means to mark a target adjacent the muzzle of the firearm or piece of ordnance, and the marking device is not intended to completely leave the

projector.
