DEFINITION

Classification: 123/41.53

(under subclass 41.52) Cooling systems wherein the heat exchanger or radiator is in the form of a tank shaped like a hopper and forming an extension of the block or cylinder jacket. The hopper or tank is coextensive with the cylinder exchange portion of the system or opens widely into it, and there is no other means for dissipating heat.
