(under subclass 319) Subject matter in which the speed regulator acts to alter the lift of a cyclically operated valve controlling the flow of the fuel-air mixture to or from the combustion chamber.
(1) Note. A device which shuts this value or which holds it to a constant lift less than full lift is also properly classified in this subclass.
